Maya Fink, Italo-Israeli born in Jerusalem and raised in Canada is primarily a storyteller. She speaks English, Italian, French and Hebrew, has worked in the tech, film, the sports industry, has volunteered and fulfilled an academic career.

Maya graduated in 2020 with an HBSc in Philosophy and Psychology from the University of Toronto, and in 2022 graduated from Edinburgh University with an MSc in Philosophy. She started acting in film at five years old, and more recently starred in a docu-drama by Pink Production in the episode If I Should Die in 2019, and co-produced a TV-Series Poly is the New Monogamy for director Cat Hostick. Maya is also fully certified as a STOTT Pilates trainer in 2016, working for elite gyms across the world like Pilates Italia SRL, EQUINOX and L’usine. She currently works as a copywriter and content manager in Paris, France.

Pilates

Fully Certified Merrithew STOTT Pilates Instructor (Level I & II) since 2016 in Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac Chair and Barrels, with extra certifications in BOSU, TRX, Total Barre, ISP (Injury and special populations), Pre/Post Natal, and ZENGA. Specialized in both Group and Private Instructor training, experienced in working with all age groups and particularly athletic individuals with injury prevention needs. Maya has worked in many elite gyms and studios across the world, including Pilates Italia SRL, EQUINOX, and L’Usine. She has taught in English, Italian and French.

Maya Fink graduated with an HBSc in Philosophy and Psychology in 2020 from University of Toronto, ranked top 25th university in the world, and a MSc in Philosophy from Edinburgh University ranked top 16th university in the world with the leading philosophical research department. In her academic career, Maya has emphasized the importance of interdisciplinary studies within educational settings. In 2019 she created the DDG (dialectical discussion group) with the goal of promoting non-violent communication on various difficult topics, as part of a greater project that emphasizes pragmatic research into a healthier future.

Maya Fink has worked in the film industry since she was five years old. She aimed to become a triple threat, studying opera with Susan Ambrose, dance at Sean Boutillier, musical theater at Stage It Arts, acting at Armstrong Acting Studio and ProLab Actors with Bruce Clayton Wilson. Maya then moved into production in 2020 when she created ACE, a non-profit artist collective for entertainers, where she wrote, directed, acted and produced her own films. Throughout her career, Maya has worked on multiple projects in many departments, co-producing the upcoming series Poly is the New Monogamy in 2021.
